THAT MEANT SOMETHING NEEDED TO HAPPEN!! SO I did something new!! I decided to take a looksie at the Competition diet plan that Autumn Calabrese uses, and the 3 Day Quick Fix that comes with the 21 Day Fix, and mesh the two together for a few days (was going to be a week, I did 3 days, and I'm going to do 5 days this week!) THEN see what happens.... AND well, I was amazed! ;)
2:00pm- Meal 5: Shakeology w/ water 1 red
4:00pm- Meal 6: cucumbers w/ balsamic vinegar 1 green 6:30pm- Meal 7: Broiled Fish w/ steamed Spinach & ½ tsp coconut oil 1 red, 1 green, ½ tsp
I didn't eat carbs with my lunches (I will this week), and I didn't eat fruits (I will this week..) I found this plan AMAZING!!! I loved it, and although I only did it for 3 days, I felt like if it wasn't the weekend, and If I still had more "structured workdays" left in the week, I would've continued on longer than 3 days!

In JUST 3 days, I was down 2.4 lbs., and 1% body fat! It was amazing! I also added cardio to my daily Hammer and Chisel workouts.. WHICH BY THE WAY ARE ALMOST OVER, AND I'M REALLY SAD!! :(
SO, why did I do this? Why am I "kind of" continuing on with it? WELL... Here's the deal... I didn't give Hammer and Chisel my ALL when it came to the meal plan.. and although I have the muscles to prove I'm KILLING MY WORKOUTS, I certainly don't have the abs... WHY NOT? BECAUSE ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN!!!!! I've LEARNED THAT NOW MORE THAN EVER!! YES my MEALS ARE AMAZING... They're portioned, they're healthy, etc.... BUT I often times find that I want something else in the day.. Whether it be candy because Matt is eating it, or a co-worker is.. Or it's a donut when I'm getting a coffee!! :( The first 4 weeks weren't the BEST, BUT even though I TOLD myself they last 4 would be better.... I let myself down... SO that's why I'm making the LAST 2 amazing!!
I'll be ending these 56 days with a 3 Day Refresh... I also began with one. Why? Because well... ANY MISTAKES I make, I want corrected 100%. This weeks meals are a little different. I'll be having carbs with my lunch rather than with my second meal, and I'll be incorporating fruit like I mentioned (but only 2 purple, rather than 3). I don't want my body to get too used to not having fruit, because then once it gets it .. well if you know the deal.. it won't know what to do with it!!! <3 <3
