Meal Prep Sunday~ SPAGHETTI SQUASH!

Good afternoon Fit Fam!! <3 <3

This I wanted to do something a little OUT OF THE ORDINARY FOR YOU!!!  SO~ I did~~ I went out of my comfort zone, and let YOU into my kitchen!!!!!!! :) :)

Last night, I prepared "Grandma's Sauce" from The Fixate cookbook to pair with my spaghetti squash, and I also prepared Fixate Turkey Meatballs this morning too! 

Here you have it!!!!!



I thought I'd get about 5 meals!! I really only got 3!!!!! HAHAHA If I were to pair this with an additional side, like a salad, then it would've been smaller, but since I eat "1 cup (or 1 green) of squash per meal, there were only about 3 cups (a little bit over 3 cups) when I "forked" it all out of the squash!!!!

Then I just portioned it into "1 cup (or 1 green)" portions for myself, topped with 1/2 cup of the prepared sauce, and 3-4 turkey meatballs!!!

**Container count for each meal is 3 green, 1 red, 1/2 tsp
