22 Minute Hard Corps Review & Carb Cycling!!!!!

competition meal plan, 21 day fix extreme, clean eating, carb cycle, carb cycle meal plan, how to carb cycle, 22 minute hard corps, 22 minute hard corps reviewI'm LOVING this program!!  22 Minute Hard Corps was something that I had seen previews for as I was in the midst of a lifting program (Hammer and Chisel), and I wasn't too sure how I would feel about it because cardio is NOT MY THING!  BUT, there is SUCH an amazing mix of cardio and resistance, that it makes it just simple fantastic!!!!

I'm SUPER weak on my cardio game... And I KNOW it's a weakness of mine, but I don't believe it's going to be an issue after good Ole Tony Horton is done with me!!!!!

NOW: I know.. you're probably thinking: "22 minutes... how the hell could you get a workout.. at least a quality workout in JUST 22 minutes..??" I KNOW~ I was thinking the SAME THING!!! Tony Horton goes over all of your concerns... You'll read it just a little bit further down...

1.     Yes, the workouts really are 22 minutes a day
2.     It’s a workout based in functional fitness, so you work your whole body with nearly every move, which is why the workouts are able to be so short
3.     The meal plan is excellent. You can still eat PLENTY of food in both portion and variety, but you learn how much of each food you should eat
4.     You do not need a lot of equipment for this workout
5.     You don’t need a lot of space for this workout
6.     Following Tony Horton and the team of veterans keeps you very motivated
7.     Like everything, you get what you put in

There are ALWAYS excuses not to work out.. and Tony Horton covers some of the MAIN reasons people have for not working out... here they are:

PROBLEM: HOW DO I KNOW I'LL GET RESULTS IN JUST 22 MINUTES?
SOLUTION: "WE KNOW IT WILL WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE WE TESTED IT. IT WORKS."

PROBLEM:I DON'T HAVE TIME TO EXERCISE.
SOLUTION:"YOU WANT RESULTS? GIVE ME 22 MINUTES A DAY FOR 8 WEEKS."

PROBLEM: I'M TOO OUT OF SHAPE FOR THIS PROGRAM.
SOLUTION: "THERE'S A MODIFIER FOR EVERY WORKOUT."


PROBLEM: I NEED VARIETY TO STAY INTERESTED.

BUT::::: YOU NEED TO WORK IT FOR IT TO WORK!!! Right around week 4 I came to a HAULT!! I realize that my FOOD ADDICTION was taking over my life!! and I was eating WAY TOO MUCH! I was eating all of the food I was supposed to be eating, AND THEN SOME.. Now: That's NOT in the meal plan.. But I promise you.. the meal plan is BANGING! <3

I've since taken on a different toll as far as my eating is concerned... remember the competition meal plan I spoke on a few months ago, that I did for 3 days? WELL I'm doing it a bit different, and for the remainder of 22 Minute Hard Corps... This is also known as carb cycling when done the way I'm doing it... one week down, AND 4.6 lbs. down, AND 1.1% body fat has been shredded!!! I couldn't be happier... I'm kicked some bad habits, and hoping to get back into the mindset I used to have about food... Because the one I'm stuck with, or was just a week ago, and I'm working on riding myself of, is SO unhealthy. . .

Here's what I've got for you so far... I'm on week 7, starting tomorrow! And I'm going to be completing another 2 weeks of this carb cycling plan... I've been using Snapchat to timestamp my meals for accountability! 

It's been pretty amazing, and the support from everyone in my accountability group has also been amazing!! It's made it so much easier too!!  I believe that this week is going to be amazing with the group of 80 of us doing this!! (YES 80!!!!) My team and I got a bunch of people together who NEEDED this, and I got it all together for them.. FOR FREE! <3 <3 WHY NOT YOU?!
