SO... that's why I chose to eat them within a week of starting.. Was it pointless? Who knows. Could serve a purpose.. Could be a complete mute point. :)

I had Matt bring me to Trader Joe's today! :) Nice little 30 minute trip.. TOTALLY worth it.. because TJ is the JACK POT of all things WHOLE30!!! I've made a meal plan of what I'm going to have next week.. but then I thought about it.. and it'll probably change. BUT Here it is...
OH... speaking of---- Last ya'll knew.. I was planning on doing another round of Core De Force.. I felt AMAZING doing it.. and I'd probably LOOK amazing if I were actually able to STICK to the meal plan throughout the last part -_-
BUT I know where I had my BEST results... So I'm going back... Back to Hammer and Chisel.... back to when I fell in love with weight lifting, and coming out of my comfort zone.. I think that's BEST for where I'm headed.. :) LIKE LOOK AT THESE RESULTS from last year?!?!?
I know... totally insane... I did a round of Hammer and Chisel before the wedding.. BUT I was ALSO in the midst of finishing up Country Heat, AND I was doing The Ultimate Reset.. and guys.. that's TOO much..
One might argue-- why do The Whole 30 WHILE going Hammer and Chisel? WELL.. I need to exercise.. don't I ??? :) I wasn't supposed to exercise during the Reset. Whole30 is a way of life. #thatsthedifference
SO... MY SHOPPING TRIP!! I also went to TARGET.. because well... DUH! :) I wanted La Croix.. because it's #LIFE.. and Lara Bars.. because well..they're life too! :) I ended spending a bit more time in there than I thought I would.. and $95.. oops! LOL BUT that's O.K! It was a good trip!!!
I literally got anything and everything I should need for the next week.. and a few things that'll last me longer!! Some things I'll probably need to restock on.. like some of the fresh fruits and veggies that I'll wipe through quickly....
I can't lie. I'm nervous.. BUT It's not any harder than other things I've done before... SO I'm pretty sure that once I get the RULES down.... I'll be good!!
OH.. AND I'm going to BLOG you guys weekly with updates-- AND I have my group of ladies doing it too... So I think I'm GOOD!!!<3
