1.) Be willing to commit to 30 days -- NO need to commit any longer, but I'm your wing girl if you choose to continue your journey... (since ya know.. 30 days will change your habits, not your life!)
2.) Fill out the application below, which will allow me to assign myself as your personal coach, and you'll choose a workout program, and a flavor of Shakeology.
3.) Check your email within 24 hours after filling out the application to finalize.
4.) BE SERIOUS ABOUT CHANGE--*
